The article revised the significance of homoeopathy in mental health concerns, highlighting the contemporary way towards holistic approach to emotional well-being and life style changes. In a fast-paced world where mental health issues are prevalent, the need for personalized and comprehensive treatment approaches is paramount. Homeopathy, a system of medicine that considers the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and emotions, offers a unique perspective on mental health care. By individualizing treatment, homeopathy aims to restore balance and address the underlying causes of conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, and insomnia. This article discusses the principles of homeopathy, its benefits, and its integration with conventional mental health care. While scientific research is still evolving, homeopathy has shown promise in improving symptoms and promoting emotional well-being.
