Primary dysmenorrhoea is mostly confined to adolescents without any pelvic pathology, & secondary dysmenorrhoea is associated with various pelvic pathology. Diagnosis is based on history, physical examination & ultrasound. This condition can be successfully treated with various homoeopathic medicines.
