Abstract:
The fifth cranial nerve is one set of the cranial nerves in the head. It is the nerve which provide consciousness to the face. The trigeminal neuralgia is a recurring ailment which can cause unexpected, potent aching occurrences, usually on one specific side of face, the exact cause of TN is still unidentified, but the pain related with it signifies an inflammation of the nerve. This syndrome can appear at any age; however, it is extremely widespread in people over the age of 50. From the studies it has been found that around 150,000 people suffer from trigeminal neuralgia (TN) every year. In this paper we have discussed homeopathy medicines which are very effective in treatment of TN (Prosopalgia).
