Abstract:
Gymnema sylvestre is a common herb used in homoeopathy therapy. It has historically been used to support regular activity and a regulated blood sugar level. Gymnema is intriguing since it takes a complex approach to preserving normal blood sugar levels. It contributes to blood sugar control by directly affecting blood insulin levels. The current study describes the possible therapeutic effects of gymnema sylvestre in conjunction with regular exercise.
