Abstract: PCOS affects upto 10% of women of reproductive age. It is heterogenous disorder, often associated with obesity, for which the primary cause remains uncertain. Homoeopathy being a system of holistic healing can be accepted as one of the alternative and best treatment/cure for PCOS. In this article a case of a female of 23 yrs old pursuing MBA with symptoms showing absent menses for 2 months and leucorrhea with itching around genitals was cured completely within 3 months by giving SILICEA TERRA 1M single dose. Evidences showing reports and investigations are attached.
