Abstract: Infiltrative lipoma is a benign neoplasm that affects adipose tissue and can invade adjacent tissues. The examination through Computed Tomography is useful in diagnosis and follow-up. Surgical excision is the treatment of choice; however, the compromise of the structures and the possibility of recurrence is a possibility, making the procedure unfeasible. This study aimed to report the treatment with Viscum album Homeopathic to control tumor growth, analyzing tumor staging through Computed Tomography due to the absence of reports in this neoplasm. Complementary analgesia was performed with Ozone Therapy and Acupuncture. The results showed that after 234 days the CT scan was repeated, demonstrating a reduction of one centimeter in the tumor mass from 21 to 20 cm in length. The association of integrative techniques helped in the patient's rehabilitation, reduction of the tumor mass, and modulation of the inflammatory process. We conclude that 11 months of integrative therapies with Viscum album and associations with Ozone therapy and Acupuncture was favorable and synergistic for the control of the evolution of infiltrative lipoma, considered as a therapeutic option.
