Abstract:Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a very common chronic respiratory inflammatory condition presented by nasal congestion, sneezing, and itching, significantly impacting the quality of life. Various treatment options in medical science, like antihistamines and steroid drugs, may provide symptomatic relief in allergic rhinitis symptoms but these drugs often come with side effects. Homeopathic medicine provides a holistic approach that aims to cure symptoms and remove causes of AR without side effects.
Objectives: The purpose of this systematic review is to help physicians understand the etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, prevention, and management of allergic rhinitis with homeopathic medicine.
Methodology: A systematic review article was conducted using various peer-reviewed journals, clinical studies, and case reports focusing on the use of homeopathic medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Sources were selected from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and various books and websites. Studies involving both individualized homeopathic medicine were analyzed for therapeutic outcomes.
Conclusion: This systematic review evaluates the effectiveness and clinical value of homeopathic medicine for Allergic rhinitis. The review highlights important homeopathic medicine, research findings, and the therapeutic value of individualized homeopathic treatment approaches in treating Allergic rhinitis.
