Nephrolithiasis is a common disease of urinary system, with the prevalence ranging from 1 % to 20%. The prevalence of renal stones is increasing worldwide, contributing to an inevitable health burden to all age groups. The peak incidence is observed in 2^nd to 3^rd decades of life. There is a growing trend of renal stones among human race, mostly associated with lifestyle i.e. lack of physical activity, decreased water intake and dietary habits. This review will present a case report on bilateral renal calculi cleared by homeopathic remedy Lycopodium clavatum.
