Effectiveness of individualised homoeopathic remedy in the treatment of Tinea corporis: A case report

Tinea corporis is a common dermatological disorder characterized by annular, erythematous, scaly plaques with well-defined, raised borders. These lesions often form a distinctive ring-like pattern, with active inflammation at the edges and a relatively clearer center. This unique appearance is the source of its common name, "ringworm," There is growing interest for Tinea corporis in alternative therapies, including Homoeopathy. Homoeopathic system of medicine through its individualised holistic approach improves the vitality of the patients. This article deals with one such case of Tinea corporis, a 26-year-old female presented with the complaints of eruptions with itching on neck and chest since 6 months.
