A field trial to estimate the efficacy of silicea terra 30ch in germination growth development and productivity of capsicum frutescens

Abstract:

Agriculture is the backbone of Indian economy and it plays an important role in our living. Nowadays, agriculture as well as the soil has been spoiled by the usage of numerous chemical pesticides and fertilizers which not only makes the soil infertile but also affects human healthy life; in order to aid the society and nature we are in the need of increases the growth, productivity of chemical free food crops for our increasing population. When we search for a proper solution for these problems, the first thing that comes to our mind is organic farming. Organic farming has more challenges and is laborious too. Emerging field like Agrohomoeopathy can help the farmers to overcome these challenges and increase the growth, productivity along with pest control in the way of nature. It not only shows the result in the growth and productivity but also shows prominent results in the disease of the crops and there were several researches had been conducted and sill more has been in research in this field, to add on this a field study was conducted in Dr. Hahnemann Homoeopathy Medical College And Research Center to evaluate “The efficacy of SILICEA TERRA 30 CH in germination, growth, development and productivity of Capsicum frutescens” a chilli species which adds spice to our food. For this study the sample size was 10 pots in which 5 were selected as control group sample and 5 as test group samples. After sowing the chilli seeds, the test group samples were grown along with homoeopathic medication SILICEA TERRA 30 CH and the control group sample were grown without any medication and not even any natural fertilizers were used. The growth was keenly monitored daily and the measurement chart of plant growth & yield were made on weekly basis for 6 months.
