Abstract:

Dreams are defined as "a restorative process that is brain state-regulated, reversible, and homeostatic, integrated within both circadian and social-physiological structures, and characterized by a species-specific quiescent posture, a degree of perceptual disengagement, and heightened arousal thresholds. Dreams serve as a gateway to understanding the deeper psychosomatic connections of patients, enabling precise homoeopathic prescriptions. The study highlights the utility of individualized treatment using dreams as a characteristic symptom, leading to significant clinical improvement and better quality of life.
