Treating oral mucocele with Arnica montana in LM potency: A case report

Mucocele a defined as mucous filled cavities affecting all age groups of both genders. Among oral mucocele inner aspect of the lower lip is commonest site due to trauma from continuous habit of lip biting. Homoeopathy is very much effective in treating oral mucocele in both cost-effectiveness in a much lesser time span and in a permanent manner without any adverse effects. This case report describes about a 23 years old male patient suffering from oral mucocele in the inner aspect of lower lip for about 6 months. He was prescribed Arnica montana in LM potency on the basis of totality of symptoms and causative factors. The case has shown a remarkable improvement and a scored 8 in MONARCH assessment with the indicated medicine in LM potency in a short span of time.
