Understanding the holistic approach of yoga and homoeopathy for healthy lifestyle

Today’s modern era is full of diseases including Communicable, non-Communicable and psychosomatic diseases too. The life style of people has become very fast. Everyone is running according to the hands of clock so no time to take care of self- health. The increasing time pressure and pace of life have become major social problems. Fast life represents the goal of success, ambition, and financial gain but while fulfilling these ambitions human being forgot that without proper health he is not going to achieve whatever he is running behind to get because ‘Health is wealth’. Likewise there are various systems of medicine to cope up with these disease challenges. By taking help of alternative and complimentary systems of medicine like Homoeopathy and Yoga along with conventional medicine one can achieve the physical as well as mental health where body heals itself by improving immunity. In this article we are going to study about the holistic approach of homoeopathy and yoga and how they are complimentary to each other in preventing and controlling the disease and maintaining the health.
