Abstract:

The most prevalent thyroid condition affecting people worldwide is hypothyroidism. Thyroid disease is currently the second most prevalent endocrine condition in India, after diabetes mellitus. Women are more likely to experience it, and the risk rises with age and family history of thyroid issues. Thyroid hormone is the primary focus of the allopathic medical system for the whole of the patient's life. The most effective holistic treatment for hypothyroidism is homeopathy. We documented instances of female patients who had the symptoms and were successfully treated with homeopathic medications without the use of any traditional supplements. The diagnosis of hypothyroidism is confirmed by the TSH results. Following case taking, the medications were provided based on the severity of the symptoms. Documentary evidence regarding the efficacy of homeopathic medications in stimulating the thyroid gland to produce normal hormone production was supplied by TSH reports obtained during the follow-up appointment and the improvement in symptoms.
