Abstract:

Repertorization is a fundamental process in homeopathic practice, aiding in the selection of the most suitable remedy based on the totality of symptoms. While modern repertories are essential for case analysis, revisiting Samuel Hahnemann’s Organon of Medicine is crucial for refining repertorization methodology. This article explores Hahnemann’s principles of case- taking, symptom analysis, and repertory usage, demonstrating their continued relevance in contemporary homeopathy. Integrating his methodology with modern repertories enhances precision and efficacy, ensuring a more individualized and scientifically grounded approach to treatment.
