Tinea Corporis is a fungal infection of the body, similar to other forms of tinea. It is one of the major types of dermatophytosis. It is a superficial skin infection that does not affect deeper layers of tissues or organs in people who do not have an immunocompromised state. Dermatophytosis, or ringworm or tinea, is a chronic fungal infection of the skin, hair, or nails which is commonly seen as a raised, red ring with a central clearing. This case is of a 36-year-old female who shows the effectiveness of Homoeopathy in Skin problems affected by disappointment from a loved person which aggravates the irritability and estrange behavior of the person. With a holistic approach, the similimum remedy, Natrum Muriaticum, effectively treated a red, itchy, and scaly eruption affecting the arm, neck, axilla, groin, and buttocks, providing relief from intense itching and burning.
