Efficacy of homoeopathic medicines in a case of Bartholin’s cyst

Objective: Bartholin’s cyst is a closure of the duct or opening of acinus. The cause may be an infection or trauma followed by fibrosis and occlusion of the lumen in the modern medicine, medication has a minimal role, and surgery is the only option. Whereas in homoeopathy treatment plan was totality of symptoms.
Methods: This is the case of patient presented with hard swelling in vaginal region since 15 days. Pain aggravated by washing with cold water and ameliorated by warm water, afterwards she was diagnosed as Bartholin’s cyst based on peculiar history and treatment was started prospectively following homoeopathic principles &follow-ups done in suitable intervals as about two months.
Results: A marked improvement was noticed in different visits.
