Abstract:

Geriatrics focuses on preventing and treating diseases in older adults. Ageing is a natural, progressive decline in functional reserve, influenced by lifestyle and genetics, with no universal pattern. While ageing is not a disease and cannot be reversed, its effects can be effectively managed. Homeopathy, recognising each individual as unique, offers a gentle and safe approach to enhancing well-being in old age. It may contribute to the long-term care of elderly individuals with chronic conditions, improving their quality of life.
