Abstract:

Menopause is a significant phase in a woman's life, marked by hormonal changes that can lead to various physical, emotional, and psychological symptoms. While conventional treatments such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT) offer relief, concerns over long-term side effects have led many women to seek alternative approaches. Homoeopathy, a holistic medical system based on individualized treatment, offers a promising alternative for managing menopausal symptoms. This article explores the role of homoeopathy in alleviating menopausal discomfort, examining common homoeopathic remedies, clinical evidence, and its integration into modern healthcare.
