Abstract:

Iron Deficiency Anemia (IDA) is one of the most common nutritional deficiencies globally, particularly affecting women of reproductive age. It frequently presents with symptoms such as fatigue, generalized weakness, and persistent headache, which can significantly impair daily functioning and overall quality of life. This article presents a case study demonstrating the effectiveness of individualized homeopathic treatment in the management of IDA. A comprehensive constitutional evaluation led to the selection of Sepia as the indicated remedy, based on the patient's physical symptoms, emotional state, and overall constitution. Following the administration of Sepia, the patient experienced substantial clinical improvement, including increased vitality, resolution of headaches, and enhanced general well-being. This case highlights the potential of homeopathy, with Sepia in offering a holistic and effective approach to the management of Iron Deficiency Anemia and improving patient’s quality of life
