While asymptomatic infections are more common, symptomatic hepatitis featuring jaundice is still present in approximately 350 million people chronically infected with HBV. In this situation, when viral replication is evident, the risk of progression and the need for a liver transplant the only treatment available in advanced stages clearly signals the requirement for effective antiviral therapy. Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) infection is a major global health issue and ranks among the top causes of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Although current antiviral medications, including nucleot(s)ide analogs and interferons, could inhibit the replication of HBV and alleviate the disease, HBV cannot be fully eradicated. Since 1998, there have been five licensed analogues of nucleosides or nucleotides. It has been over 20 years since B-type vaccinations have been available, and it is evident that they have drastically reduced the chances of Global Incidents of Hepatitis B. Long-term use of oral antiviral drugs is typically necessary for HBV, but the infection often returns once treatment stops. There is a pressing need for new therapies that can achieve lasting suppression of HBV DNA and eliminate HBsAg. This case study presents an adult male aged 32 years tested positive for the Hepatitis B virus who was successfully treated with individualized homoeopathic medicine. A thorough case analysis using life space investigation, repertorization, and remedy selection justified the prescription of Lycopodium clavatum 200 and supportive mother tincture Myrica Cerifera. This report supports the role of classical homoeopathy in managing chronic viral hepatitis when prescribed constitutionally.
