Importance of single remedy rubrics in the mind chapter of synthesis repertory 9.1 and importance of second prescription in chronic disease - A case report

Single remedy rubrics are entries in a repertory that list only one remedy against a particular symptom. These rubrics are considered highly significant as they imply a strong or exclusive connection between the remedy and the symptom. Homeopathic approach focuses on treating the individual, rather than just the symptom. This is a case of enuresis in 6year male child, homeopathic medicine prescribed based on peculiar objective symptoms and in repertory this symptom shown as single remedy rubric. Importance of mother history and how psychodynamic is correlated is shown in this case. Within 3 months of treatment marvellous result obtained. A Second prescription is utmost important in chronic disease in order to restore the health hence prescribed after proper analysis and evaluation
