Abstract:

This case report presents the successful homoeopathic treatment of a 90 years old man suffering from painful, bleeding, and third grade protruded haemorrhoids.
Considering the risks associated with conventional treatments at such an advanced age, a classical homoeopathic approach was chosen. Remedy selection was based on the totality of symptom and repertorisation and pathology. The patient experienced gradual and sustained improvement within haemorrhoidal conditions. This case highlights the effectiveness and safety of homoeopathy in treating hemorrhoids in geriatric patients.
