Abstract:

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder affecting reproductive-aged women, often leading to menstrual irregularities, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic dysfunction. Conventional treatments include hormonal therapy, which may have side effects. This case report highlights the successful management of PCOS in a 25-year-old female using individualized homeopathic treatment. The prescribed remedy, Calcarea Carbonica, along with an intercurrent remedy Tuberculinum. The improvement is evident from regularity of menstrual cycle and also from the Ultrasonography [USG] report. The case was observed for further 18 months without recurrence which suggests the permanent cure is achievable through individualised Homoeopathic treatment.
