Osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee joint is a chronic degenerative condition that significantly impacts joint function and quality of life. Homoeopathic treatment offers a holistic approach by addressing both physical symptoms and overall well-being. This retrospective case series focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of Lycopodium clavatum, used as the similimum remedy, in managing knee OA. The primary outcome measure was the Knee Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOFUS), used to assess the severity of symptoms and improvements in quality of life over the treatment period.
