Gaurav Kumar Singh, Sankha Subhra Sengupta and Tasneem Hashmi
Stress-related problems are common in today's society, impacting both mental and physical health. Conventional treatments, like as psychotherapy and medication, have proven to be beneficial, but they frequently have adverse effects and raise worries about long-term dependency. This article delves into the function of homoeopathy in stress alleviation, its underlying mechanisms, regularly used stress cures, and the clinical evidence that supports its usefulness as a complementary therapy for mental wellness.
