A comprehensive endocrine-miasmatic approach in the individualised homoeopathic management of polycystic ovarian syndrome: A case report
Shalini Uikey and Babita Saxena
Women of reproductive age are predisposed to the predominant endocrine disease known as polycystic ovarian syndrome, or PCOS. This case report describes a 38- year-old lady who was diagnosed with a right-sided ovarian cyst linked with PCOS and treated with tailored homoeopathic intervention using the Synthesis Software. The case assesses causal attribution by combining miasmatic understanding, endocrine examination, and evidence-based methods such as the PCOS Symptom Scale and Naranjo Criteria. Lycopodium produced significant medicinal improvement, demonstrating homeopathy's overall value in treating for a long time endocrine-metabolic diseases.
