Vaishali Mahavar and Shobhana Shukla
Contact dermatitis is a common inflammatory skin ailment that manifests as itching, redness, and scaling and is brought on by exposure to allergens or irritants. This case study examines the use of Graphites 200 in the homeopathic treatment of contact dermatitis in a female patient aged 55 who was chosen based on the entirety of her physical and psychological symptoms. The patient's symptoms were intense finger itching, thick discharge, and yellow scaling, as well as emotional sensitivity and trouble focusing. With no negative side effects, customized homeopathic treatment resulted in a progressive improvement in symptoms. Graphites 200 dosages given repeatedly at suitable intervals improved the healing process. In homeopathy, the example highlights the value of a comprehensive evaluation. In this instance, Graphites worked well as a constitutional therapy for contact dermatitis.
