Dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory skin condition influenced by genetic, environmental, and immunologic factors. Homeopathy offers individualized treatment modalities using various potencies to manage such conditions. This retrospective study investigates the comparative effectiveness of different homeopathic potencies LM, 30C, 200C, and 1M in the treatment of dermatitis at Sarada Krishna Homoeopathic Medical College. Thirty case records were analyzed for potency used, remedy prescribed, and treatment outcomes. Results revealed that LM potency, prescribed in 70% of the cases, had the highest clinical improvement rate (85.7%), followed by 30C, 200C, and 1M. The study affirms that individualized potency selection, especially LM potencies, plays a crucial role in effectively managing chronic skin diseases like dermatitis. It emphasizes the value of incorporating LM scales into routine clinical practice and calls for further controlled studies to establish potency guidelines.
