Ecchymosis, the subcutaneous escape of blood presenting as skin discoloration, may occur without evident trauma or identifiable pathology. Homoeopathy, grounded in the principle of individualisation, addresses the totality of symptoms across physical, emotional, and mental spheres rather than focusing solely on disease labels. This report demonstrates the effectiveness of a constitutional approach in the management of spontaneous ecchymosis with the use of Lachesis mutus. The patient’s favourable response highlights the value of holistic prescribing in cases where conventional therapeutic options may be limited.
