Endometriosis is a chronic gynecological disorder affecting women of reproductive age, causing severe pelvic pain, menstrual irregularities, and infertility. Conventional treatments, including hormone therapy and surgery, provide temporary relief but are often associated with significant side effects. This study explores the role of homeopathy as a holistic alternative for managing endometriosis. Based on the principles of individualized treatment, homeopathic remedies aim to restore balance by stimulating the body's natural healing mechanisms. A case-based analysis was conducted at Sarada Krishna Homeopathic Medical College, evaluating five patients with moderate-to-severe endometriosis. Repertorial analysis guided the prescription of key remedies such as Sepia, Lachesis, and Pulsatilla. Over six months, patients demonstrated improvements in pain relief, menstrual regulation, and overall well-being. Unlike conventional treatments, homeopathy addresses the root causes of endometriosis rather than merely suppressing symptoms, making it a promising complementary therapy for long-term management. Further research is needed to validate these findings.
