Long-standing primary focal hyperhidrosis relieved by constitutional homoeopathy: A clinical insight

Abstract:

Introduction: Hyperhidrosis means excessive sweating. It may be localised to one or several areas or may be more generalised. In primary focal hyperhidrosis excessive sweating is localised to one or several areas and the cause is idiopathic.

Case Summary: A 26 year male patient presented with complaints of excessive sweating of palms, soles, axilla and nose for the past 12 years. Detailed case was taken and analysed, totality was formed. Through repertorisation and after referring the materia medica books Natrium muriaticum followed by Carcinosinum was prescribed. Significant improvement was seen after Homoeopathic medication.
