This case report presents the homoeopathic management and complete recovery of a 22-year-old male patient suffering from psoriasis for over a decade. Through individualized constitutional prescribing and precise approach, the patient was treated successfully without recurrence. Here the constitutional prescription indicates the individual psychological behaviour (innate and adaptive) along with physical generals and Precise means one single indicated remedy at a time in required potency and repetition by plussing method.
