Homeopathic treatment of primary hypertension: A case study

This case report discusses the treatment of an 48 year-old female patient presenting with Persistently high blood pressure for the last 3months,Frequent pulsating headache in the occipital region, Dizziness and mild blurring of vision on rising from bed, Feeling of palpitations and heaviness in the chest, especially at night, Difficulty falling asleep due to headache .which have been persistent for the past three months, Upon consultation, a detailed case history was taken, followed by repertorization of the patient's symptoms using Synthesis repertory with RADAR software. The remedy selection process led to the inclusion of various homeopathic medicines, with Rauwolfia serpentina being chosen as the most appropriate treatment. The patient showed significant improvement with individualised homeopathic treatment, receiving Rauwolfia serpentina Q - 7-8 drops in ½ cup of water, thrice daily before meals resulting in gradual and consistent recovery.
