Abstract:

Homeopathy remains a debated system of medicine, with varying levels of acceptance among medical professionals. This cross-sectional survey aimed to assess the awareness, attitude, and perception (KAP) of medical professionals toward homeopathy. A structured questionnaire was administered to 100 participants, evaluating familiarity with principles, exposure, belief in efficacy, and willingness to collaborate. Results showed most participants had heard of homeopathy, though in-depth understanding was limited. Some considered it effective for chronic or minor ailments, but skepticism persisted regarding its scientific basis. Many expressed openness to integrative approaches, with key barriers including lack of awareness and insufficient validation. Despite mixed perceptions, interest in incorporating homeopathy into medical education was notable, suggesting potential for broader acceptance through evidence-based integration and interdisciplinary collaboration.
