Abstract:

Background: Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) is a hematologic autoimmune disorder marked by low platelet count and bleeding risks.

Objective: To document the clinical progression of platelet count normalization in a paediatric ITP patient under classical homeopathic care.

Methods: An 8-year-old boy diagnosed with chronic ITP was treated at the Advanced Homoeo Health Center, Indore. Serial CBC tests over a 13-month period were analyzed.

Results: Platelet counts improved from <5,000/μL to >260,000/μL with individualized homeopathic therapy. No conventional medication was used during this recovery.

Conclusion: This case supports further exploration into the immunomodulatory effects of homeopathy in chronic hematologic conditions.
