Role of homoeopathy in the management of type I hypersensitivity reaction

Abstract:

The immune system is the capacity to mount an inflammatory response to potentially harmful foreign materials while avoiding damage to self-tissues. Hypersensitivity reactions are immune responses that are exaggerated or inappropriate against an antigen or allergen. These reactions may be damaging, uncomfortable, or occasionally fatal. A thorough and efficient method of treating allergic illnesses (type I hypersensitivity reaction) is homeopathic treatment, which emphasizes the individual's special traits and encourages long-term recovery Primary axiom of homeopathy, often referred to as the “Law of Similia”. A patient with symptoms of a Type I hypersensitivity reaction[allopathic medicine reaction] is described in this article. along with a case study in which a doses of constitutional homoeopathic medicine Nux vomica in 30 potency was prescribed followed by repertorization. In a remarkably short amount of time, it shows significant improvement.
