ACNE vulgaris: A holistic homoeopathic approach through constitutional remedy– case report
Manisha Rabari and Chetna Pandey
Acne vulgaris commonly manifests with papules, pustules, or nodules primarily on the face. acne vulgaris involves the interaction of multiple factors that ultimately lead to the formation of its primary lesion, which is known as "comedo”. In this case study, a patient who had a history of acne vulgaris that was not improving with traditional therapy had homeopathic treatment using the constitutional remedy Lycopodium clavatum, which resulted in a full remission. Lycopodium was prescribed after a thorough evaluation of the patient's mental and physical symptoms. Over the course of a four-month follow-up, the patient's acne symptoms rapidly improved and did not reappear. This case adds to the increasing amount of data indicating that homeopathic treatments, like LYCOPODIUM, can be a good therapeutic choice for the comprehensive treatment of acne vulgaris.
