Frozen shoulder has been defined as a condition of uncertain aetiology, characterized by substantial restriction of active and passive shoulder movement. The condition was first described by Duplay (1872) as scapulohumeral periarthritis [2]. Participants presenting with Frozen Shoulder often report an insidious onset with a progressive increase in pain and a gradual decrease in active and passive range of motion (ROM). Pain is more during night times. In 1945, Neviaser gave the name adhesive capsulitis [2]. Homoeopathy, by addressing underlying constitutional and miasmatic tendencies, offers a holistic approach to management. Integrating individualized homoeopathic treatment with dietary and lifestyle modifications may restore digestive balance, alleviate symptoms, and enhance quality of life. This article explores the therapeutic potential of homoeopathy in the effective management of Frozen Shoulder.
