Vishanth KJ, Sahana Babu and Winston Vargheese V
Dermatopathic Lymphadenopathy (DL) is a rare, benign disorder of the lymph nodes associated with chronic dermatological conditions, including atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and mycosis fungoides. It is characterised by cervical, axillary, or inguinal lymph node enlargement, often requiring biopsy to exclude malignant lymphoma. This case study presents a 16-year-old male with chronic cervical lymphadenopathy and generalised skin eruptions, successfully treated with Mercurius iodatus Ruber. The prescription was based on individualised symptomatology, as outlined in the homoeopathic Materia medica. The case highlights the therapeutic potential of homoeopathy in benign lymphadenopathies.
