Abstract:
Viral warts are benign epidermal proliferations caused by infection with the human papilloma virus (HPV). They commonly involve exposed sites such as the face and forehead, often resulting in cosmetic disfigurement and significant psychological distress. Homoeopathy, with its individualized therapeutic approach, aims to stimulate the body’s intrinsic healing mechanisms without resorting to local destructive interventions. This report documents a case of viral warts affecting the forehead that was successfully treated with the homoeopathic medicine Castoreum, selected on the basis of characteristic local and general symptom expressions
