Background: COVID-19 pandemic is the major health problem faced by each and every individual worldwide. For its prevention vaccinations were introduced after conducting trails by different companies in various names. In Homoeopathy, Arsenicum album 30C was found to be the most suitable preventive medicine and announced by AYUSH in the year 2020. 7 states of India distributed Arsenicum album 30C to people including Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

Purpose: To find out the effectiveness of Arsenicum album 30 as a preventive while comparing with vaccinations and general opinion about Homoeopathic preventive among the public.

Methodology: Google form questionnaire was prepared and send to people from various places and responses were collected and analyzed.

Result: From 200 responses, 35 people took Arsenicum album 30C alone during the pandemic and 32 people took vaccination for prevention and remaining people took both Arsenicum album 30C and vaccination for prevention. From both group 32 people were considered for the study and all the remaining were rejected. Arsenicum album shows high successive rate of 93.75% when compared to vaccination (87.5%) in the prevention of COVID-19. 81.25% people believe that Arsenicum album is effective in the prevention of Corona virus worldwide.

Conclusion: Arsenicum album 30C shows high successive rate in the prevention of COVID-19 when compared to Vaccination.
