Most cases of neck pain are classified as non-specific and often arise from mechanical or postural factors, including poor posture, stress, and occupational strain. Cervical spondylosis, commonly associated with chronic neck pain, involves degenerative changes in intervertebral discs, osteophyte formation, and soft tissue involvement. While these changes are frequently seen in individuals over 30 and may be asymptomatic, they can sometimes cause pain, stiffness, or neurological complications. A 52-year-old female pharmacist was admitted at Govt. Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital on 20/01/2025 for aching pain in both shoulder joints, extending from the nape of the neck to the fingers. After repertorization Nux Vom had maximum marks followed by Sulphur and Lycopodium. X-ray had shown typical features of cervical spondylosis. Here, two doses of the constitutional medicine had relieved her symptoms, and was discharged on 01/02/2025. This case study highlights the effectiveness of individualized constitutional homeopathic treatment in managing cervical spondylosis and associated musculoskeletal complaints.
