Renal Calculi is a severely painful condition often associated with acute urinary tract irritation. This case report describes a patient presenting with intense straining during urination, severe pain radiating from the renal region to the thighs, and marked relief on bending forward. Ultrasonography supported the diagnosis of renal tract involvement. Based on the characteristic symptomatology and after consulting Boericke’s Materia Medica, Pareira brava 3CH was selected as the indicated homeopathic medicine. The patient showed notable improvement following treatment, with reduced pain, easier urination, and progressive relief of symptoms. This case demonstrates the therapeutic potential of homeopathic management in renal Calculi.
